SELECTION CRITERIA

The Leadership Academy of Madison County is an educational program designed to offer a probing study of community challenges and to explore methods of meeting those challenges through the discovery and practice of 21st-century leadership skills. Leadership Academy is committed to providing Madison County with a diverse, highly skilled and competent core of community servant leaders.

Interested nominees should:

  • Demonstrate their potential for developing leadership skills

  • Participants must live in or work in Madison County.

  • Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and notifications will be made to participants.

  • Commit to FULL PARTICIPATION AND ATTENDANCE in all LAMC programs. Participants who fail to attend more than two (2) sessions are at risk for not receiving their certificate of completion.

  • Tuition will be due September 14, 2026.
